2)  I know what I am doing!  The best way I know to relieve anxiety is to prove to my clients that I am competent, and that I know what I am doing.  I am highly trained carrying most of the major real estate designations, which means I am constantly learning about my business in order to serve you better.  I also am also a person of ethics and integrity.  I do what I say I will do.  I show up.  I return calls.  I tell my clients what they need to hear in order to achieve their goals.  Additionally, I have over a decade of experience, with year over year top sales achievement, consistently ranking higher than the majority of the agents in the U.S.
